Charles Verzell Payne is the founder and
Chief Analyst of Wall Street Strategies. Mr. Payne started his career
in 1985 at EF Hutton. In 1989 he switched gears and landed a position
with a small research firm where he first saw a niche for independent
and timely equity advice. With less than $10,000.00 in start-up capital
and working from his apartment, he struck out on his own and launched
Wall Street Strategies, Inc. in 1991, where he started serving
up his unique brand of stock market advice. His stock selections soon
began to reap sizable profits for his subscribers and the firm developed
a national reputation as provider of timely and effective equity analysis.
He is in demand as a guest on several well-respected finance-oriented
radio and television programs and he is widely recognized in the media
as a leader among the analyst community. He is routinely sought after
for his market opinions by several prestigious news organizations.

Ms. Amar is a seasoned executive with over twenty years of experience in telecommunications,
technology, Internet, sales, and management. She joined Wall Street Strategies in March of
2000. Since then, Ms. Amar has also assumed the role of the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
She has a successful record
of building start-ups and leading global sales organizations with a proven history of
increasing revenues and profitability. Ms. Amar was formerly the Executive Vice President of
Global Sales at IPC Information Systems, a provider of integrated telecommunications equipment
and services including trading systems, international voice and data network services, and
cabling infrastructure to the financial community in 35 countries. Ms. Amar was also President
of BellSouth Network Solutions, Inc. (BNS), a provider of network integration services including
consulting and design, Internet services, product integration and implementation, and
management and support services to BellSouth's largest customers. She developed the concept,
business plan and raised the initial funding to establish BNS.
